I did want it to be a way to help others get unlazy but i'm too lazy to keep upto date post!

Depends on point of view!</title><content type='html'>Point of view is a wonderful thing. It can make something horriable be good and make something good not so good. &lt;br /&gt;I seen a show the other day and&amp;nbsp; it shows how the point of view can differ for each person. &lt;br /&gt;It went like this. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;blockquote class="tr_bq"&gt;&lt;blockquote class="tr_bq"&gt;There is this guy who sells this lotion every year around this time. He puts on a little show telling everyone how well it removes wrinkles and makes the skin soft. Most of the people are outraged when this stuff don't work. It cost a full 5 dollars one man stood up and started getting upset at this people who are getting outraged over. He looked at everyone and says to them. Hey this guy sells this stuff every year I don't use it i think i just toss it in the trash or give it to some kids in the family. What I get from this guy is a full 10 minute show you can see his passion and excitement and I do think he is a little slow and beleives in his product. You can not pay enought for raw enteratianment like that. &lt;/blockquote&gt;&lt;/blockquote&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Okay so it's not dead on quote but that's how&amp;nbsp;I remember it! So this year&amp;nbsp;I challenge myself and others to look at different point of views. You don't have to agree with it. Just point it out something of a different thought of your own. A different view should always be noted at the very least because I'm sure even if you don't like that point of view someone will. I think it's a great reminder of how different we all really are. And to expect one thing to work for all people is rather silly way to think. So this brings me to this blog. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Why do I list so many different ways to unlazy yourself? Because we all have something that might work or might not. Unlucky for me you get to see my trial and errors. You get to see me fail over and over and over again. I can only hope something I fail on you can pick up and have it work for you. So again my suggestion on how to be unlazy are just that suggestions. Try them if you like to. And Always give me your feedback. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If anyone wants to guest write a story about their expereince on unlazying themselves shoot me a note or comment on this blog. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This year is going to be more active for me. &lt;br /&gt;New years resulations - not really but every month i'd like to add something new to my life. &lt;br /&gt;and I'll ahve a full month to build that habit. (sort of like zen habits Leo does a great job on that website go check it out it does motivate me) The nice thing about him is he allows others to copy and paste from his site as a free resource. I really like that this site is more of a personal blog, So i too give permission to use parts of my stories with a link back or something and please edit anything personal of mine out that's all i ask. &lt;br /&gt;Other than that print share and be mindful of others!&amp;nbsp; All photos are copy write and owned by myself. as long as you leave the watermark or weblink on that image&amp;nbsp; and give credit to that image your also free to use. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So that is my 2012 disclaimer for now. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Coming up - &lt;br /&gt;-&amp;nbsp; the monthly changer&lt;br /&gt;-&amp;nbsp; ways to find motivation&lt;br /&gt;- poor mans rewards&lt;br /&gt;- Video vlogs&lt;br /&gt;- how to's&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am not sure what order this will go in. But all will be done in 2012.. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am going to try to post regulary as well. I know that feeling all to well. However I have a thought.. If you regulary practice the last minute stuff then your always prepared for any emergency.. so I look at my laziness as just practicing for when i need it. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I figured this meathod of thought out when i was packing for a trip after i got home from work in 15 minutes. did i foget anything. Not one item. Why because every trip i wait till the last minute AGAIN!&amp;nbsp; thus this makes packing simple for me as i can pack for a week trip in 15-20 minutes. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So that's your chuckle for today! &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So the house was finished cleaning on friday. it's spotless for the most part. I have kept up with it as well over the weekend. &lt;br /&gt;meaning doing things right then and there. Gosh that is so hard to do.. &lt;br /&gt;After you eat wash the dish or place it in the dishwasher (i can normally do this but what do you do when your dishwasher is full and it's running. do you still leave them in the sink or do you force yourself to wash them by hand?) I normally leave them in the sink and that in turn builds up bad habits of leaving them in the sink. It was suggestioned once to a box or bin under the sink for the dirty dishes. I have yet to try that and frankly don't like that idea much. I need to build the habit of taking care of the dishes right then and there. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So each day / week i'll add one item to my daily todo list for myself. &lt;br /&gt;since i dont have a list started yet i'm going to start with listing 3 items that i want to ensure is done daily. These item shouldn't take more then 15 minutes at it's worse for it to be added to the list. In my eyes if it takes you more then 15 mintues tha'ts a project not a task.. Thus you can break that longer task down into smaller steps and make those the tasks inplace of doing it all. &lt;br /&gt;Example: clean garage is more then 15 minutes. so instead of cleaning the garage i can list a shorter task. Remove surface trash from garage. each day add a task that is in the garage this would change up unless you have a lot of trash. the key here is only 15 minutes more so if your a clutter bugger. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Back to my list. Here is mine feel free to copy or create your own that will suit your need. I am also writing down why i want this done daily you know to help me find motivation when i really need it. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;Empty litter box - I want to do this daily because the litter box is a pain to clean up when it's gone to far, it's stinky, my husband can't handle the smell, my kitties love it when i clean it for them, it's super quick when i do this daily right before work! &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Dishes&amp;nbsp; out of sink - it really does give you a sence of clean when nothing sits in the sink.. i would of never agreed to that but after i done it a few times i can finally concur.&amp;nbsp; I love the way it smells and i can tell when the kitties play where they are not suppose to. hard part is when dishwasher is full at that point wash by hand unless it's a lot of dishes if that's the case rinse them and get them ready to go in dish washer by placing them on counter top. I'm doing this so i can cook more. If the kitchen is clean i normaly want and enjoy the cooking. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Sweep one room in the house daily. - I have 3 pets all have fur that ends up EVERYWHERE. so this might help me stay on top of the dust balls that roll across the floor, It's nice to walk around on my floors in socks not covered in pet hair. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;br /&gt;so that is my list. Some people like to make charts that say mondays' floors tuesdays bathroom and so forth so they are not overwhelmed on one day. &lt;br /&gt;I never truely tried that but who knows maybe by next post i'll have something along those lines. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;Thank you!

This one I am sure you have heard or have done before. Using music to motivate you as well as using it to time things. If your anything like me then you have clutter and your too lazy to do anything about it.. at least most of the time.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt; &lt;br /&gt;So here is what I did because I am having a party at the end of the month and my house needs to be some what people ready. So I counted the rooms that I wanted to approach. In my case it was the whole house a total of 5 rooms (okay not all of the house). I put on a cd on that is up beat and one that I like to personally zone out to. White Stripes Iggy thumb was what I picked.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;The pattern.. 2 songs for each room or until completed with the main tasks at hand. For me it was putting items in the right place and picking up trash. I didn't clean anything really just put things away. I have someone coming in to my home tomorrow to clean for me. She will do the floors, and get the nitty and gritty of it all. So that helped.. 45 minutes later my house was people ready in 4 out of the 5. The one that isn't people ready is one of the cluttered rooms.. or bedroom. goosh we need to do laundry.. lol&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;So give it a shot if you have a cluttered home just play a few songs or build a play list and set a goal 3 songs per room 1 song per room.. pick a task or two as well. trash,pick up, dust, sweep,&amp;nbsp; declutter, pick one or two of those.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;Well enjoy till next time.. enjoy being lazy!!!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;Thank you!

Thank you to all who check this page out. I do feel bad as I haven't kept up with it. With the newest changes I am planing to make to my own laziness i think it might be time to get this blog on a roll. Somethings i need to remember. Grammar &lt;-- just because I don't care about it don't mean you don't !!!Post regularly &lt;-- i can do this sometimes finding content is hard i want to impress youstop trying to impress &lt;-- yeah this blog is mainly for me to unlazy myself. but in the efforts that there could be someone simular to me it might be helpful.Start paying attention to myself &lt;-- sometimes i ingore things that i need to do for soemthing that i want to do and that's not really good. so there you have it i'll be working on a templete to change up the design a bit. How do you feel alive? So it got me thinking even when I checked my &lt;a href="http://www.43things.com/"&gt;http://www.43things.com/&lt;/a&gt; site I had that in my things to do “Feel alive” we all live but why don’t we feel like we are a live some times. Do we get all caught up in the daily actions to cater to our own needs? I know it can be redunent. So what do you do to “Feel Alive”? Here are a few of my suggestions.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Set goals that are close to your morals, values, and heart.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Goals are great – they keep you on track! Only if they mean something to you and they are close to you. Then understanding that your goals you have to WORK for they are not going to be giving to you on a silver platter just because you picked that as your goal. Grant you, you may meet some people to help you along your journey! If you never get that goal all that work you put into will make you feel ALIVE!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Educated risks&lt;/strong&gt;When we get stuck in our daily lives we tend to do the same thing over and over giving us that feeling of geesh just another day! One way to stop that is to do a bit of research and take a risk. Weather it be jumping off a bridge (that you know is save to jump off of) or asking a stranger what they think of something or other. Is it scary well I hope so because that is the point! We tend to forget we have other emotions and if you don’t startle them you will feel bored of life.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Comfort zone (goes with educated risk)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Along the same lines of educated risk we all tend to do what is safe for us? I’m not asking you to do something ridiculously stupid or completely unsafe. But try to point out your comfort zone.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;For example: you are not the type to start conversations because you are shy or because you had a bad experience. Well you are not the same person you were back then so step out of that comfort zone and try it.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Maybe it’s your clothing you never wear yellow it’s to bright and may look funny. Try it any way not like it’s going to hurt you! Stepping out of your comfort zone at least 1 time a day can really increase your feeling ALIVE.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Where is the kid in you?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Did you lose that every asking questions of interest? Are you scared to do something out of fear someone will say you are childish? Is that someone you look up to or are they just pretending to live life? Grow down do something silly get laughed at get called a kid then say I’m a kid at heart! Parents got a head up on this one when you have a kid you have to play with your kid! There for acting like a kid is easy. So think back on what you enjoyed as a kid or even something you never had the guts to do when you were a kid and give it a shot!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Forgiveness&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Okay this is one of the hardest things to do but it will take that tension/pressure off of you! Weather you forgive that human to their face or just to yourself either way you should do this. One of the hardest things was to forgive someone but it is the one thing that will make you feel free and alive! Plus you won’t have that added mental weight killing your mind.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Something new (sort of a piggy back off of comfort zone)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;At least one time a week do something you have never tried before it could be a new way to work, a new taste, or even a new thought pattern. What ever it is make sure you go into it with a clear head and mind. (Easier to have a clear mind when you forgive people)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Give yourself time (MAKE IT)&lt;/strong&gt;You can’t enjoy it all if you don’t take time to breathe it in and reflex on it. You know the saying stop and smell the roses. Yes it is harder in today’s age but how ever you have to do it: schedule an appointment with yourself, Give up TV for 15 minutes for yourself, or pass up a healthy meal for a quick fix to help free up some time! What ever the sacrifice it will be worth it in the long run!!!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. Give up excuses&lt;/strong&gt;It can be hard not to give excuses to something but don’t give excuses for who you are or the actions you take. If you were wrong or you made a mistake apologize and learn from it then make it good.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;Example: If you were late for work don’t wine about the traffic jam you know what stuff comes up. Learn from it by leaving early for work or just say sorry I was running late! And leave it at that!&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. Let it go!&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Letting go is almost like forgiving but your letting it go almost in one ear out the other, mainly with negative stuff that we get slammed with daily. If you think someone said something to hurt your feelings or you are unsure why they said what ever who cares just let it go, it really isn’t that important! Yes it is easer said then done but very effective! So practice!!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So that is my suggested ways to live life to the fullest or to feel alive either way you put it these 9 things will do wonders for you personally. None of these are easy but with time and practice they will get some what easier. Not so much. &lt;br /&gt;Hey i'm working out issues about me being lazy infront of you!&amp;nbsp; Boy does that take balls of steel when i fail over and over and over agian. &lt;br /&gt;But have you noticed i have yet to give up.. Is that the key? Who knows. &lt;br /&gt;Boarders is going out of business sale,I got 1 home decoration book, and 1 home organization simply together book. Mainly for familys but guess what it starts in September. what are the odds. i should of picked up and started right away.. but i didn't i really want to copy the pages and start after the hoildays. on the new year. &amp;lt;-- wow i come up with some GREAT excuses don't i? so is it an excuse or is it procrasination. I mean i'm too busy cleaning my house to work on a schedule. so who knows. What I do know is. I have been doing something for over a week now. and i'm starting to see the habit part building. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Most self help unlazy me types of people have read a lot of how to .. heck i'm absessed with it as well.&amp;nbsp; But i found an app on my phone called "Andhabits" Nothing special just a calendar that you can mark what you have done. &lt;br /&gt;I'm a smoker i know it's bad but I have put empty ash trays daily. so if i empty the ash trey that day i mark my circle on the app.&amp;nbsp; What i am trying to see is if something is so simple and so rewarding (less ashes around the house and dirty tables because they overflow)&amp;nbsp; does make me feel good.. It takes less then 2 minutes to do and that's the point. I need to find all the tasts in my house that take 2 minutes or less. and start building THOSE into my daily habits.&amp;nbsp; I Know most will say it takes 30 days or so to build that habit. Well it's not second nature yet for me. but it's only been a bit more then a week. So at the end of this week I will be adding another simple under two minute task to my schedule. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So i have 1 new habit every two weeks. and I would like to mark them on the calendar daily until i don't have to think about doing that task. &lt;br /&gt;The empty ash try habit might be on there for 2 months or maybe 1 month. Either way i'm setting the pace i'm setting what it is i want to do. making it all that more meaningful to me. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So if you want to help yourself. &lt;br /&gt;try this. &lt;br /&gt;Today - get out a post it note or scrap paper or just type in the comments below. and name 5 simple tasks that you can do in 2 minutes or less that you feel connected to. Please keep in mind to find something you don't already do regularly. Pick one and start. My only controlled suggestion is try to do this at the same time frame everyday so you can build it into a routine. and help make it more of a habit. &lt;br /&gt;Hey it's one step to be come less lazy.. I know sad sad sad but it's true I never get much of me time alone.. unless i'm driving. As weird and odd as I am you would think i'd have something good to put here. &lt;br /&gt;I don't really have anything. more times then not I'll try to sleep because I feel so deprived of sleep. It's all self doing but either way i'm sleepy. &lt;br /&gt;I do day dream a lot more when no one is around. be at one with my thoughts and day dreams some days I"m like this super hero getting people out of trouble. i mean to be that awesome would rock.. &lt;br /&gt;Other days I just dream about my house with frank that is off grid. Aww i see myself working in the garden and Frank practicing his golf swing. I also dream big of hitting it big with somethign or other. With out telling any about me doing this... Other then you!&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;for the next 30 days i will make 1 phone call a day. to a friend or family memeber for no reason other then saying hi. &lt;br /&gt;I hope this increases my social skills, and let me learn more about my friends and family. &lt;br /&gt;I will not report daily or post but I will keep a log of who i called on each day. &lt;br /&gt;One rule I"m making for this challenge. Are these rules&lt;br /&gt;miss 1 day - thats okay &lt;br /&gt;miss 2-3 days&amp;nbsp;- not good add a full week at the end. of the normal 30 days. &lt;br /&gt;If i miss more then 4 days then i have to start all over.. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sooner or later I would love to add. a lot more to better myself. &lt;br /&gt;I might even start up weekly challenges just to get some stuff done.&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;Thank you!

I'll have time lines so for the people who have more than one place to go they can swing buy and still try to win the contest. So my latest mission or project is to get the house back together again. Errgh this is difficult as I'm very very lazy too! he he:)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Oh yeah in two weeks i'll be doing this bike ride&amp;nbsp; 30 freaking miles in the D. Frank, me, Jaun and Maria will be riding the girls will be in the back of the line and they guys can work their buts off. but my last bike ride was only 15 miles so i have to push myself to go 20 or so miles next bike ride if i'm going to pull this off. I did it before for a few days not sure why I stopped it did help if i remember correctly.&lt;br /&gt;Now that I"m married I really want to be a good wife a top of everything else. &lt;br /&gt;so if you have time check out flylady.net let me know your thoughts. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Right now my routines are simple i'm on day 3&lt;br /&gt;so I have changed things to fit my personal lifestyle. &lt;br /&gt;- keep the sink cleaned, that's more at night&lt;br /&gt; - dress to walk the dog. (i fell off the walking dog wagon and need to get back on it) this should work.&lt;br /&gt; - read the daily e-mails from fly lady and visit her site to see new challenges and daily plans.&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;Thank you!

(yes i call it crap now cuz i just don't give a rats ass i just want to get back on track and this shit is removing me away from my shit. errrgh i'd rather spend my money getting prints of my photography so I can sell them. oh well. &lt;br /&gt;I need to call everyone to see who has their dresses and who doesn't. and ensure everyone get's then with in the next 2 weeks if they haven't already. &lt;br /&gt;I need to pick shoes and hair styles (like i know or care I was never good at dressing my dolls most the time they were naked humping ken doll or something) lol  and the hair. umm dont use a pony tail.. so that's what i'll say to them. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I feel bad because everyone wants to help but there isn't much for anyone to do at least not yet or to my knowledge. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Photography is going slow at the moment I knew it would due to wedding stuff. but I'm getting a few larger prints done of my work that i'm excited to see. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;non smoking days are still all day Wednesday and now m-sun from time I awake till noon. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I'm also starting to work out again I want my flexiblity back and I have to maintain my weight if I'm going to fit in my dress. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Well time to kill myself at work now!  &lt;br /&gt;much luv&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;Thank you!

I just can not seem to grab a hold of it full swing. but the desire is there again and that's the first step! &lt;br /&gt;In addition to Wednesdays being a smoke-free day I am adding from the time I wake up till noon. Less hours on the days I sleep in! lol I Plan on doing this for the full month of February then adding 1 hr ... &lt;br /&gt;Yes in the back of my mind I keep saying to myself at this rate I'll never quit. But then it hits me. i am quitting. a different way then most. This way it will stick and stay with me because I'm learning how to deal without them during all the times of the year. &lt;br /&gt;I noticed my biggest falling out was a seasons change. it wasn't the season it was the change from winter to spring from summer to fall. from fall to winter etc. So this way i can learn how to deal with the changing of each season. With more and more places going non smoking as much as I use to hate that thought. I'm so excited just because it will help lessen my temptation in social settings. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So for now that's the dealeo man!&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;Thank you!

It's hard because I'm torn between wanting to still smoke. Err I wish there was a drug without side effects I could try. Just to help with the tension and stress of not smoking. &lt;br /&gt;either way I don't want to smoke for the rest of my life, it stinky, it stains, and might be leading to my ear issues. &lt;br /&gt;I was thinking of mixing it up for the weekend I feel the weekend might be to hard for me to skip a hole day so i was thinking of making a time chunk where I am allowed to smoke and leaving the rest of the weekend for time where I don't smoke and increase that weekly and just get the weekend out of the way. I only had one smoke 2 weeks ago on a none smoking day. It was right before the holiday, this is still difficult but right now I'm sick so i really don't want a smoke anyway. Last week I did stay up to midnight to smoke. over all I'm doing good. I want to go one more week  and possibly add a day I just need to stick to a routine and make these days enjoyable. Oddly Money isn't really playing a role I really don't value it as much as most people. so I have to find other things like the tic tacs I have eaten a few of those on days I smoke so I really need to watch that.  &lt;br /&gt;So that's the latest on the non smoking.&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;Thank you!

I have my special tea that I love so very much, used my good toothpaste this morning, even got a hot co co, my rewards are Tic Tacs. About to get coffee now.&lt;br /&gt;I have been pushed around this morning hasn't been the best of the days yet. I know it will only get better. So far today &lt;br /&gt;I left my rewards at home still haven't smoked. &lt;br /&gt;i have a great man who is meeting with me later to give me what i left at home (so there are good points) &lt;br /&gt;i have a co worker who right now i want to strangle. He finally shut up. I'm using a new plan to put the smokes down for good! &lt;br /&gt;Wednesday's are now smoke free days. I will spoil myself with Tic Tac's that I will not be allowed to have on smoking days. I plan on using the good toothpaste in my mouth, and do things i love to do on those days. at least for now.&lt;br /&gt;keey to remember don't just do busy work that's hardly fun!  If you keep it fun you will want more of those days. &lt;br /&gt;Also note to remind partner not to say "GREAT JOB" on my non smoking days the day after is fine. but we want to forget about smoking so saying great job on a day when smoking isn't in my thought will then put it back into thought! &lt;br /&gt;if that makes sense!&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;Thank you!

I got a blackberry so hopefully I can try to keep up with my blogs. &lt;br /&gt;Currently I am reading a book called "quit befor you know it" by sandra rutter phd. I have tried not smoking in the past like 4 times in the past and well it never stuck. This book is getting very excited to quit. I am about half way threw the book and let me say I am not a reader. I'm sure you can tell with my horrid spelling and grammar. &lt;br /&gt;This book sets you up to fail the say to pick one day a week to have smoke free. Also not to beat your self up if you fail. Because tomorrow you are required to smoke. Wait a non smoking book telling you to smoke how is that going to help? This book it is a sloooow practice to set you up to increase the time frame between smokes weather it is days weeks or years. The book even has suggestions if you just want to cut down and not quit. As easy as it sound it never is. I have to start the quit days I do want to finish reading first. &lt;br /&gt;Well there is my black berry update. Because it&amp;#39;s new i had to change a few times. Doing this in my time limit really made it nice i rushed and got quite a bit done. my Fiance also started to help he isn&amp;#39;t doing the time limit thing but he clean out our hot spot in the kitchen so hopefully i can get him on board before to long. &lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt;now the stuff on the list does not include pet care. brushing them and all that i haven&amp;#39;t found a way to put them up on the sheet yet. soon i&amp;#39;ll be able to figure it out. &lt;br&gt;once again i forgot to upload my spreadsheet. &lt;br&gt; so again from this memory of mine&lt;br&gt;I had 1 minute in each bathroom. i cleaned the mirrors and wiped down some handles and light switches in both bathrooms. (the 3rd bathroom i&amp;#39;m scared of it&amp;#39;s GROSS) &lt;br&gt;i spent another minute in the dressing room closet picking up some clothing that fell of hangers and put away and had some trash in there. &lt;br&gt; 2 minute dress room clean up. goodness that room is a mess. i did manage to go through some papers and toss them. the kitchen and basement were 5 minutes and that went by so fast. i did get some dishes loaded in dishwasher and some stuff put away. some clothing and blankets were picked up down stairs...&lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt;I think this clean up thing should be called &lt;br&gt;it will get worse before it get&amp;#39;s better. but hang in there! &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;anyone following along... keep that in mind. &lt;br&gt;some of the stuff i did in the living room was out of place so i just put it in the room instead of the place i can put it in the place when i&amp;#39;m on the clock for that room. &lt;br&gt; but i assume by the end of next month it will be spot less and staying that way ideally! &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;  &lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;Thank you!

I have set up a spreadsheet with amount of time i would ideally like to spend that amount of time per day on that room. I will upload a the spreadsheet once i get use to it myself. but i noticed that each day m-f is less then 30 minutes of work. (really) &lt;br /&gt;so you can see what i have done with out the spreadsheet from what i can remember.&lt;br /&gt;bathroom upstairs 1 minute&lt;br /&gt;bathroom downstairs 1 minute&lt;br /&gt;1 minute like what is that going to do. not much but if you spend 1 minute every day doing something then you get a lot more done.&lt;br /&gt;this will also help me keep track of what was done.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lets brain storm this for a minute!  what can you get done in a bathroom in 1 minute&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;well if this is your first time doing this you could gather enough cleaning supplies  and find  a place for them to stay in that room (wait does that mean i have to have glass cleaner in every room with a mirror?) yes it does the good thing about this is if you run out you can use another room and your never having to go to the store to buy things to clean (that is if your unorgainized like me lol) plus it's not like your not going to use it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;so you already have cleaning stuff in there so. use it. it can't take more then 1 full minute to clean a mirror and wipe a sink out. more if you want to just do a quick clean. if your more into detailed cleaning i suggest you save that for a cleaning day. even 1 item like okay it shouldn't take more then 1 minute to deep clean the top of the sink. or the base of the potty...&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;go through and empty any older shampoo and soap bottles from the shower. why not wipe down the walls too.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;do you have nick nacks in the bath room. why not move them off the one shelf or area and wipe under it and put it all back. it might take more then a minute unless you work FAST.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;what about filling the TP and taking trash out.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;wiping down handles and light switches&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;a quick swifter sweep (not needed to stay in the bathroom just cleaning solutions)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;See so you can get a lot done in 1 minute of time. but the nice thing about this is if your a slower worker then put 2 minutes down just to be safe. I had 3 minutes at the start and thought about it. thats' more time then what i want to spend in the bathroom. chances are i can get the stuff ready while i'm using it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;from fly &lt;a href="http://lady.com/"&gt;lady.com&lt;/a&gt; i have seen the 2 minute hot spot clean up (something liek that) it's amazing how that works set a timer and clean as much as you can for 2 minutes. sort of gave me the idea for this hole thing.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;my living room i think i put 5 minutes on.&lt;br /&gt;here is what you can get done in 5 minutes in a larger room like a living room&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;dust tv and tv stand&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;sweep&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;freebreeze furniture&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;clean off coffee table&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;take out all things that don't belong&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;water plants,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;organize loose cd's dvd's etc&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;dust a shelf or clean off a mirror&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;clean a window&lt;br /&gt;or two if your fast&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt; that's just a quick sample list. you know yourself best so do what works for you and the hardest thing ever for me at least was to customize this for myself. and I made it. lol&lt;br /&gt;but i have spend time over the past few months logging information in to see how long it takes to do something and most things in a home don't take much time.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;at the bottom of my list have 3 spots for 3 working projects, for me i have wedding, Halloween party, and photography once the halloween party is done and over with then i can add another project to my life with attention to it at least most know i have mroe then 3 projects.  but i also allow so much time for them each day or every other day.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;the weekends also have the time tho they are grouped together. sat and sun times so if i don't get to it on saturday i can finish it on sunday. a lot more free room but those are the days i do deeper cleaning and i might only do deep cleaning for 1 or 2 rooms and try to have all rooms done with in a months time.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;so this is a bit longer then i wanted it to be but it's a start.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;and thus far today i got my 1 minute in my laundry room done.&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;Thank you!

LOL&lt;br /&gt;Okay so i'm not as lazy as i think i am i just put to much on my plate!  there for something has to give and with my priorities this blog is it! :)&lt;br /&gt;sorry for those who love me!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But over the past times I found something that helps keep the house uncluttered!&lt;br /&gt;it takes at most 30 minutes a day and that's if your easily distracted like me! :) and have consistent interruptions!&lt;br /&gt;But here is something I put on my to do list all the time!  mainly for the messy room in the house or the thing i have been putting off. it's best to work in rooms. i call it the 10 a day you can change the number to your liking but i find 10 items a day works I normally do more but 10 a day is the min...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;so what do i mean 10 a day.. pick a room and put it on your todo list like so!&lt;br /&gt;10 items in this room to be put up!&lt;br /&gt;what this means is if there are any unhung clothing that is clean each item you hang is 1 thing. so if you hang up last nights outfit guessing here, 1 shirt, 1 pants, 1 pair of shoes, 1 hair scrunching, 1 pair of socks,  that's 5 items your half way done!  so find 5 other items to hang or take to the trash or to put where it belongs.. the hard part is when you don't have a place for everything!  where does this go? if you ask yourself that a lot then we need to start the uncluttered phase (next post) and give everything a home!!!!  or this 10 thing will only be for your clothing and trash and that sort of misses the meaning!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;but you can also apply this rule to none rooms!  for me my clothing is the hardest thing for me to keep up with... yeah my bed is covered with last weeks clothing! i can't even hang them back up, or take them to the basement. needless to say what the shower room looks like! :)&lt;br /&gt;so take your worse thing like mine is clothing and put it on your daily todo list - put up 10 items of clothing. chances are you will do a lot more then just the 10 thus giving more of a sence of accoplishments! also motivation to do more!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;but you can apply that to anything (have a sink full of dishes?) 10 a day!  if you have a dishwasher you might feel bad only putting 10 dishes in there hence you might just fill up the top rack. hence giving  you more motivation and again that sense of accomplishment!!!  If not no big deal you did the 10. please be careful tho as if you use more then 10 dishes that day you might want to up that number to 20 or your just keeping up with self!  if you want to get ahead up the number a bit!&lt;br /&gt;if you don't have that number in the sink then KUDO's reward yourself!  for either not eating at home or doing a great job done!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;it all starts with these little habits!  trust me i'm a mess but working on it daily helps!&lt;br /&gt;i'll try to post more but as the start of this i tend to take on too much!&lt;br /&gt;and i'm more focused with getting my house clean then helping you do yours!  but once mine is together i post! :)&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;Thank you!

How do you feel alive? So it got me thinking even when I checked my &lt;a href="http://www.43things.com/"&gt;http://www.43things.com/&lt;/a&gt; site I had that in my things to do “Feel alive” we all live but why don’t we feel like we are a live some times. Do we get all caught up in the daily actions to cater to our own needs? I know it can be redunent. So what do you do to “Feel Alive”? Here are a few of my suggestions.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Set goals that are close to your morals, values, and heart.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Goals are great – they keep you on track! Only if they mean something to you and they are close to you. Then understanding that your goals you have to WORK for they are not going to be giving to you on a silver platter just because you picked that as your goal. Grant you, you may meet some people to help you along your journey! If you never get that goal all that work you put into will make you feel ALIVE!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Educated risks&lt;/strong&gt;When we get stuck in our daily lives we tend to do the same thing over and over giving us that feeling of geesh just another day! One way to stop that is to do a bit of research and take a risk. Weather it be jumping off a bridge (that you know is save to jump off of) or asking a stranger what they think of something or other. Is it scary well I hope so because that is the point! We tend to forget we have other emotions and if you don’t startle them you will feel bored of life.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Comfort zone (goes with educated risk)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Along the same lines of educated risk we all tend to do what is safe for us? I’m not asking you to do something ridiculously stupid or completely unsafe. But try to point out your comfort zone.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;For example: you are not the type to start conversations because you are shy or because you had a bad experience. Well you are not the same person you were back then so step out of that comfort zone and try it.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Maybe it’s your clothing you never wear yellow it’s to bright and may look funny. Try it any way not like it’s going to hurt you! Stepping out of your comfort zone at least 1 time a day can really increase your feeling ALIVE.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Where is the kid in you?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Did you lose that every asking questions of interest? Are you scared to do something out of fear someone will say you are childish? Is that someone you look up to or are they just pretending to live life? Grow down do something silly get laughed at get called a kid then say I’m a kid at heart! Parents got a head up on this one when you have a kid you have to play with your kid! There for acting like a kid is easy. So think back on what you enjoyed as a kid or even something you never had the guts to do when you were a kid and give it a shot!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Forgiveness&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Okay this is one of the hardest things to do but it will take that tension/pressure off of you! Weather you forgive that human to their face or just to yourself either way you should do this. One of the hardest things was to forgive someone but it is the one thing that will make you feel free and alive! Plus you won’t have that added mental weight killing your mind.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Something new (sort of a piggy back off of comfort zone)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;At least one time a week do something you have never tried before it could be a new way to work, a new taste, or even a new thought pattern. What ever it is make sure you go into it with a clear head and mind. (Easier to have a clear mind when you forgive people)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Give yourself time (MAKE IT)&lt;/strong&gt;You can’t enjoy it all if you don’t take time to breathe it in and reflex on it. You know the saying stop and smell the roses. Yes it is harder in today’s age but how ever you have to do it: schedule an appointment with yourself, Give up TV for 15 minutes for yourself, or pass up a healthy meal for a quick fix to help free up some time! What ever the sacrifice it will be worth it in the long run!!!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. Give up excuses&lt;/strong&gt;It can be hard not to give excuses to something but don’t give excuses for who you are or the actions you take. If you were wrong or you made a mistake apologize and learn from it then make it good.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;Example: If you were late for work don’t wine about the traffic jam you know what stuff comes up. Learn from it by leaving early for work or just say sorry I was running late! And leave it at that!&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. Let it go!&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Letting go is almost like forgiving but your letting it go almost in one ear out the other, mainly with negative stuff that we get slammed with daily. If you think someone said something to hurt your feelings or you are unsure why they said what ever who cares just let it go, it really isn’t that important! Yes it is easer said then done but very effective! So practice!!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So that is my suggested ways to live life to the fullest or to feel alive either way you put it these 9 things will do wonders for you personally. None of these are easy but with time and practice they will get some what easier.
